BSc. MLT - Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology)

 

 

The main aim of the program is to train students & thus provide skilled technologists in variety of laboratory settings.

 

The laboratory technology through distance education mode provides opportunity to the working technicians as well as to those who want to get involved in the field of laboratory medicine.

 

There are excellent job opportunities for qualified medical laboratory technologists. They can work in Hospital & Research Laboratories, Public Health Facilities, Industrial Laboratories & in Colleges.

 

Course Details for BSc. in Medical Laboratory Technology

 

Eligibility:

 

10+2 or equivalents to science


OR


2 years vocational course in Radiography / Radio diagnosis after 10th
standard from a recognized University/Institution/Board.

Duration:

3 years (4 semesters) & 1 year internship

Fees:

Rs.15,000/- per semester

The fee is inclusive of –


Examination fees\Books & Lectures.

 

Lateral Entry

Eligibility:

One Year Diploma\Certificate in Radio Diagnosis technology from a recognized
institution after 10+2. In this scheme students have to appear and pass the
first semester exam. Study material will be issued by the Learning Center.

Fees:

In addition to normal fees, an additional lateral entry fee of Rs.4000/- (including examination fee)is payable by students.
